FAMOUS BRANDS™ (the "Company" or "we" or "us" or "our") is an integrated consumer Internet company engaged in the development and marketing of online services. Our principal services include social networking, e-commerce, and advertising. We market our services under our proprietary network of consumer-branded Web sites and apps (collectively, "brands"). We own, manage, and develop a growing portfolio of brands in diversified markets, including entertainment and financial technology. We operate our business under a subscription-based model through our network of brands. We manage our brands on a portfolio basis, which allows us to operate and scale our business efficiently. We
utilize an integrated proprietary management system to oversee the performance and security of our entire portfolio from a single location. Our online services are designed to satisfy a broad range of direct-to-consumer ("D2C") companies and digitally native vertical brands ("DNVB") who seek to manage their customer relationships and grow their business.
